Adult Choirs
Sanctuary Choir
Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings from 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. in the choir room.
Sanctuary Choir is for any adult (college age to senior adult) who loves singing! Methodists are singing people and voices joined in praise to our Lord through song become prayers as we worship together as a body of believers.
If your gift is singing, consider joining us on Wednesday nights for rehearsal and Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m. Music is an avenue to developing a deeper relationship with God and also with each other. Primary worship leadership is for the 11 a.m. worship service but also includes church-wide combined services, special seasonal concerts and worship services, and occasionally leading at the 8:30 a.m. Traditional service. Men’s and Women’s Ensembles are formed from the Sanctuary choir for special musical offerings throughout the year.

Instrumental Ensembles
Praise the Lord!
Praise God in his heavenly dwelling
Praise him in his mighty heaven!
Praise him for his mighty works;
Praise his unequaled greatness!
Praise him with a blast of the trumpet:
Praise him with the lyre and harp!
Praise him with the tambourine and dancing;
Praise with stringed instruments and flutes!
Praise him with a clash of cymbals;
Praise him with loud clanging cymbals.
Let everything that lives sing praises to the LORD!
Praise the LORD!
Psalm 150
As David introduced music into the tabernacle and temple services during Old Testament times, music is also important in New Testament times. Praising God in such a joyous way with instruments is a testament to our appreciation for all that God has done for us.
Needed are instrumentalists, handbell players, and pre-service musicians to lead worship praising God with every note played.
SCC Pre-Service Musicians
On a rotation basis, musicians will provide music before the 11:00 a.m. worship service.
SCC Bellievers in Christ

Heritage Hall Handbell Room
